Featured Restauranteur of the Month: Arepera
Arepera has been named one of the best latin restaurant in Montreal. Not only that, their restaurant is completely gluten free and therefore celiac safe!
From arepas, empanadas made fully from corn flour, fried yuca fries and fried plantains, their entire facility is fully gluten free, including all of their fryers.

"Try and Buy" this weekend at Delicious Without Gluten!
Delicious Without Gluten, a dedicated gluten free bakery in Dollard des Ormeaux, in the West Island, is having a super exciting "Try and Buy" event, this Sunday, June 3rd, from 12pm to 3pm at 90 E boul. Brunswick, in the West Island (only a minute away from Costco Pointe-Claire!).
Delicious Without Gluten has the best blend of gluten free all purpose flour. It is our go to flour blend, and these are some of the things we've cooked with it! The baked goods always get a great rise and are chewy and never dry!
They sell all types of delicious gluten free breads, sweets (cakes, cupcakes, cookie dough, pies, etc) and even pizza crusts, as well as tomato and white pizzas!
Pass by and try some of their delicious items and benefit from sale prices as well! They are super conveniently located a minute away from Costco in Pointe-Claire, so make sure to pass by before or after! The owner, Miriam, is the sweetest person and works extremely hard to provide safe food for those who suffer from celiac disease, so make sure to pass by and support her this weekend!
